Pellet Grill Smoked Bacon

The smokiest, best bacon you'll ever have! This bacon is good by itself, but it can truly transform any dish where bacon is called for!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Bacon
  • seasonings (for a different flavor)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat pellet grill to 250℉
  • Place strips of bacon evenly directly on grill grates.
  • If desired, you can season your bacon how you like it. Just make sure to not add too much salt, as bacon is already salty, and you don't want to overpower your dish.
  • Smoke for roughly 1 hour, flipping bacon about every 15 minutes. Pull bacon once it reaches your desired crispness.
  • Let bacon cool, and use it on sandwiches, for breakfast, or heck, even just as a snack! Enjoy!
